You kept saying when will Vicky cook and why fans/ stans are not bothered that he didn’t do such a thing or something on those lines. Why do you want anyone to make a fuss about Vicky’s cooking? It’s expected of today’s men that they know cooking and other basic life skills. By making a fuss over it, we give the impression that they’ve done something great when it’s not.

That’s the difference. Kat posted on SM about her cooking and offcourse everyone knows fans will fuss over it. If and when Vicky ever posts something he cooked fans will do the same. No need to demand that of him 😆

When will Vicky cook, when he feels like it? Why should anyone cook actually, just buy outside readymade food and eat. Easy. But human likes to first create nonsense and then make an issue of out it.

and what about vicky making something there are some customs that make no sense in today s world woman s pehli radsoi is one of them maybe once it had some importance not anymore

now i think there needs to be a change a man s pehli radsoi should be added to this custom just like parternity leave is demanded this should be too both husband and wife should know all life skills

On a serious note why is everything brought down to patriarchy/feminism... Its a simple fun post wedding custom which isn't harming or demeaning the newly wed. She anyways will not be cooking they will have househelp..

Even in a relationship first cook always feels special and should be celebrated koi bhi kare. I'm sure the day Vicky cooks something they will enjoying it.

no i am just saying that its time to make some changes into this custom and make it about bride n groom s pehli radsoi just not one them

its not about feminism just about about customs that make sense in present circumstance and should be altered a bit

Why do we need to judge and analyse every single custom? It's a harmless custom, let them enjoy it.

If she(or any newly wed) is compelled to do this ritual then I would have agreed with you. But customs weren't set in stone, they can be/should be modified with changing times. Ideally all post wedding rituals should be about couple doing things together. just like the ring finding ritual. so it should be groom n bride cook together.
