Thanks for the explanation . Hopefully they will show at the story end that Deepika will be member of the management committee as the head of the Emergency department .

Right.

In making a point , they should stick to reality too. 

Gynae, neo-natal , Pediatric departments always have female doctors .

Emergency doctors are usually male so it is ok for Deepika to fight for emergency leadership

Since I'm unrelated to medical field.. I wanted to know who are in these committees? The heads of all medical departments? or Management staff? Or a mix of both?
