Loving the dynamics, he was so good in holding up the aggression and being at peace, entering the party like a hero, calculating his next move and then boom, spreading his charms everywhere. Mustajab is not going to lose this one😆

He is very desirable though, like looks good, talks well, achieved an empire in this age, has good manners and is attractive for women, that is why the narcissist in him is shocked that WTH, how come I am rejected?😆

I feel Dua might grow on us, as long as she has a spine and she knows how to talk in the right moment, I am alright, the brother is too annoying and for some reason I do not connect with the bro-sis connect here, the man does not even look like a twin, he looks older than Sana and even older than Feroze..LOL

They could have casted better actors as Dua's family, well, I guess the story revolves in Mustajab's house hence his family is small and the buildup between him and his mom is better.

Yeah from the ost it looks like he will pursue her , she will say yes and they will get married she is seen in his bedroom.. they go on a few dates also....Whatever happens later idc...I didn't wanna see a deewangi kind of revenge drama..

One thing is assuring that no matter how bad Feroze’s characters are initially once they are in love, they don’t care about anything but the girl, and it could be argued that aisi aashiqi isn’t healthy but afterall the stories are all about his larger than life ishq only 🤣

I still remember how Hamza wouldn’t be tolerating to see Rumi’s tears, how Hadi couldn’t do any harm to khaani even after kidnapping her and how poor Farhad agrees to leave everything and go back for Mahi. That’s what I told you, they’re all having some hatke qualities which sultan never had and it’s weird because same geo made Khaani where Mir Hadi came out as the national symbol of ishq e haqiqi even being a criminal.. I don’t know who wrote sultan but I watched it with so much excitement couldn’t finish the show, I can endure tragic and toxic male leads if they’ve an arc, Sultan didn’t have any.

Having said that, both Dua and Mustajab seems to be in love, probably Mustajab thinks he’s not in love but he definitely is, it’s his journey of realizing it I guess maybe after she leaves him or he loses her forever.. god tragedy awaiting for Mustajab 😣

This is a rather interesting analogy here. But if a comparison has to be drawn between Sultan and any other character then they do need to be on a levelled playing field and have other traits in common besides being madly in love with their respective romantic interests. And if we have to pick someone from Feroze's filmography that can be compared to Sultan then it is only Mustajab for both men have a few other similarities besides getting rejected initially by women they are drawn to. Hamza and Farhad,with all their flaws,were victims of hypocrisy and fate respectively who didn't deserve what they got. Hadi's fatal flaw was that he was too uninhibited and,to a certain degree,antisocial.

Sultan was modelled on the archetypal irresistible alpha male dripping with sex appeal who came from old money and built an empire of his own. He could be ruthless when needed and gentle if he wanted to. In my opinion,what made him unique or hatke was that he was a living contradiction in himself. A man with an extremely shrewd and calculative mind who,when controlled by his emotions,possessed the ability to destroy as well as self destruct. His worst mistakes were made when he was completely pushed into a corner and when his feelings,be it obsession or vindictiveness,clouded his ability to think rationally. The writing of the drama was lopsided,especially towards the end,but Danish is indeed one beauty of an actor who carried the show until the very end.

Mustajab's journey has just begun and is engaging in its own right. I hope he entertains us well.

Yes. This is exactly what I was trying to say..Mir hadi, humza had an arc..gosh I can still watch ishquia and khani anyday and drool. They r well made shows..khani is the only one where they kind of Taras Khao on the ml🤣 N showed a positive journey . Na Sultan na humza na kisi aur ki dikhai....

Aisa nai hai ke Sultan didn't have any quality ..he did ..he had a heart , but his ego and narcissistic personality took over ..unlike mustajab, he did fall hard for the girl ..thy derailed the story and butchered him completely by showing him black towards the end otherwise half way through, he was awesome..when he took revenge, when he married impulsively , it was great till that point ..sad, the writer could have shown his repentance but all characters went crazy in the end..ishquia way ..

See , I think mustajab fell in love with her in the first meeting itself ..now he wants her at any cost and he is boiling inside bec of the rejection ...dua is smitten , no doubt..nai hai toh ho jayegi...if he is marrying for revenge, he is kinda ...one step ahead of sultan 😆 but I hope it's different and they get married and they r unable to adjust to each others ideologies ..n towards the end they show a positive journey , which i doubt , but it's ok if it's a satisfying journey.
