Complex male leads with difficult pasts are not new to ITV. For instance ASR in IPKKND was also ornery and confessed pretty late in the game...but he was very honest with his feelings at least to himself. Once he realised he was in love with Khushi there was no going back

I am not trying to compare apples to oranges but here Sid's feelings seem very conditional. Passion, romance to door er kotha, right now even the awareness seems to be lacking from his side. At this point makers at least need to show that he is acknowledging those feelings for himself 😭

ASR still was attracted towards Khushi even before he realised that.. He felt that.. It's just he realised very late that it is love and so was the case with SSO. Both the heroes were attracted towards their better half..but ekhane toh odbhut... Sid is shown as not even attracted by her...! What are they trying too show...

U said exactly what I m thnking from past few weeks. Its like....we are thnking he s attracted to Mit, situations are getting created, but at the end of each and every situation....what we see is a dis-interested Sid, calling his beloved Jesus Christ....

Even I want to say "Jesssus.....kobe serial e kono progress hobe.. its already running 340 episodes"

Sid isn't attracted to Mithai physically but he is attracted to her character, charm, enthusiasm, wit, skills n above all her caring nature..

But what I hate is he keeps denying it in front of others n especially Mithai...

The Som vs Mithai + Somoresh thing will come into play for sure

But this will be an important test for Sid as well...

Which side will he choose...will he stand up for Mithai tomorrow or side with his brother again?
