My question..why does Dr koi bhi have to "move on". Move on hai ya siyappa? Emergency laga rakhi hai move on karo. Why should he move on? He loves akshara ..she may not love him but may be she can love him later ? May be she changes her mind in future... Akshara marr gayi kya ke move on karna zaroori hai? 🤢 why did he give up so soon?

They can also put everything behind them and start afresh. Why is it that people can't stay unmarried in rishta land ? Pakad pakad ke shadi Kara dete hain If arohi wasn't there , goenkas ki maid se Kara dete
