Because she's newer to Instagram than everyone else and she doesn't buy followers. She has a better engagement rate compared to people who sponsor their posts and pay to get their reels featured in discover feeds.

Even if you take those factors into consideration, 8.4 million is unusually low for someone who is as famous as she is.
