SP has the best reach. So what they should do is keep six months new shows at primetime and then six months later shift them to evening slot. Then repeat. SJ / ZB are kind of following this route.

Sj sirf unko shift karta hai jinka trp comparitively low ho raha ho same goes with ZB .... Otherwise mohor/sreemoyee/KAKP jab 9-10 laa rahe thy tab shift kiya kya unhone?? Nahi naa.... They shifted them only after it reached to 6+

Udaan toh 4yrs plus chala with kuch bhi content but still it used to get trps and shakti bhi

Immj1 me bhi kuch bhi tracks laa rahe thy jab ki unki story kabki khatam hui thi but still they ised to get trps .... Only TA & immj2 Ka bol sakte ho tum

The same happens with Jalsha ZB. But they had understood ki aise chalate rahe toh they will never be able to bring new concepts and stories. Also iss transition ke baad se bengali audience ne bhi khudko change kiya hai. Now jab bhi koi show mein faltu track aata hai they stop watching it. But unme ye nayi aadat channel ne hi dalwayi. Agar channels ye long ass shows se one story shows mein transit nahi karte toh aaj bhi sab kuch waisa bhi chalta.

IMMJ1 toh due yo zero competition on 7:30 slot chalta raha still if u see same TRP Range nahi raha. Jitna jaldi 2.5 arounf gaya utna hi quickly 1.6-1.8 agya

Udaan toh kitna shift hua. 4 years chala bcz Gen leap work kar gaya still 3rd Gen leap mein it fell badly due to Kulfi in competition. Then at 7 pm it fell more and went off air.
