U may not like their programming & content (which i also dont like) but only after disney arrival they become strong and numero uno like never before (talking abt whole star india not only sp & sp toh is no.1 with highest margin with no.2 so disney strategy is very successful which we like it or not that doesnt matter)

I know its true that its numero uno but trust me this is temporary happiness. It wont last longer because they are very very dumb at taking decisions at this point. If i was in their place i wouldnt have given the permission to bring so many remakes at a time. Instant success is equal to rapid loss. Jab SP 2010 pe 350+ grps leke aaya thaa tab vo thaa asli numero uno. Kyunki tab unhone right decisions liye the. Abhi filhaal jo vo kar rahe hai that is just plain stupidity !

B - Yahi toh SP ki sabse badi sochne ki galti hai ki hit primetime shows ko evening slot deke new shows primetine pe laaye toh it will be stupidity. Aisa bilkul bhi nahi hota. If Sns2 was shifted to 7 pm then it would have opened the slot hai ki nahi ? Ye bewakoofi nahi isse risk kehte hai toh risk lena padhta hai. The one who never takes risk always fails ! SP is now at its purple patch but sirf kuch time keliye. Agar jaldi se SP ne right decisions lene start nahi kiye toh they will absolutely lose their 1st position. Sirf 31 grps mein Colors will become number 1 channel.

And by the way comment section mein maine ye chiz kaafi baar padhi hai ki SP evening slots ko bilkul bhi promote nahi karta jiski wajah se audience ye bhul chuke hai ki evening slots pe bhi shows aate hai. Somebody said 6:00 to 7:30 pm tak shows aate hai ye audience ko pata hi nahi hota. SP ki audience 8 pm ke baad hi tv on karti hai. PS was shifted from 11 pm to 7:30 pm jiski wajah se audience ko pata chala uske baare mein. I always say SP ki audience urban hai they will never open tv before 8 pm. Aur jo bhi show vo 8:00 to 11:30 pm ke beech daalenge that will become a hit. Issliye unko high promotion karni padegi inn evening slots ki vo bhi regular basis pe.

Raj actually what i feel is SP needs to do away with shows like Chikoo Vidrohi Saathiya and bring better shows. At times SP plays too safe by not shifting shows like Saathiya YRK and instead pushing good content in evening slot where it fails.

Anupama ke time the way they shifted YRHPK to 9 pm it did wonders for them so similar way they should take a call on shows which are not doing good or average.

This is temporary right?? From 2-3yrs long its temporary (number one in most of regional areas).... They are numero uno in all broadcasters from 20+ yrs woh bhi temporary hi hai kya.... They knws very well ki kos tym pe kaise adapt karna hai issliye abhitk no.1 position pe tike hai otherwise kabke chale jaate

Woh bhi chhodo uss tym agar sp no.1 banke 350+ laata tha toh colors bhi no.2 pe 250-300 laata tha lekin ab kitna laata hai colors?? 160-180 .... Zee, sony bhi 200+ laate thy lekin aaj 100 laate hai

Over the yrs trp stds badalte hai so how can u compare those yrs grp and trp with current grps/trps

Uss tym 4+ trp decent hit maani jati thi but aaj blockbuster hai
