They both have better bodies than Salman ever had in his life. He has to resort to CGI six pack whereas the Riaz brothers have real abs.

- Salman gives 0 f--ks. He doesn't hate them. Just doing his job.

- The makers hated Asim because he was winning public favour against their chosen winner. Who knows maybe it was even contractually mandated, so they had to resort to dirty tricks such as bashing him, creating a fake girlfriend controversy, cutting his footage, etc.

- Makers don't hate Umar. They just want to recreate the high engagement of BB13 so they are trying to get Salman to bash the brothers hoping fans will create uproar again.

-It is true that Salman doesn't care n he is mostly mouthing what makers tell him to do, to increase TRP

-But for sure Sidharth winner of season 13 was not fixed, he was extremely popular n his vote share was twice more than runner up. Asim was popular too but ,it's their PR which screamed biased biased n spread negativity n created hype , I wonder why Umar even went Big boss bz it's him n his PR during BB13 that were screaming that Colors was biased.

If one checks Sidharth was super popular even after BB , he trends every other day after his passing , so that theory doesn't stands, but it is true channel never expected Asim or Shehnaz to be that popular rather narrative was Sidharth vs Rashmi given they were colors bigger faces, but I m glad Rashmi was no 4 n other were well deserving at their positions.

- Agree, sometimes they bash contestants to bring TRP, they know their fans will react n trend , its mental game n I m sure contestants knows how show works as this is not first season of BB.

Agreed he gives zero Fs but that line doesnt seem scripted. That came out spontaneously like in a conversation. He was never a fan of asims temperament. Anyhow asim ko atleast punjab ki aishwarya toh mili , isko toh katrina bhi nahi mili😆

I agree with everything you're saying here but this part (in bold) is a little more complicated than as you've presented here. I have no doubts that Sidharth got more votes than Asim, Shehnaaz, and Rashami. But him getting to the position in which he became popular to receive such high votes have the channel's direct fingerprints all over it.

- Violence. Just watch a pre BB13 season and a post BB13 season to compare. They have moved the entire goal post of what constitutes violence since those days. In a fair world where Sidharth was not positioned as the channel's preferred winner, he would have been kicked out of the show long before.

- Bashing. No matter how good of a player he was, the truth is he was a deeply flawed man. Even he has admitted this many times in BB itself. Terribly short tempered, prone to speaking problematic things. He said things that could easily be interpreted as misogynistic but the channel took enough care to highlight his intentions. Compare how Salman used to defend his words against how a simple 'fixed deposit' line was completely taken out of context and twisted to just run a weekend ka vaar.

- Rule bending. When Sidharth was taken out on leave on medical grounds, the channel was extremely careful to make sure it is made obvious that he had no contact with the outer world. They even staged a video call where Salman asked him how its going and he spontaneously mentioned that he has no clock in the room. Compare that with how Paras's brief exit was treated. Shilpa Shinde even exposed the fact that Sid had access to Whatsapp during his time, but given her shadyness, we can take that with a grain of salt heheh.

- Image protection. Few examples - When Rashmi said that he used to have a drug problem, then Salman stopped it immediately by saying "You are bringing your past out." When a video of him pinning down Shehnaaz while she was crying went viral and got some feminist backlash, Salman immediately addressed it and advised Sidharth to be careful with physical playfulness. Compare this with how the channel had absolutely no hesitation to go forward with the storyline that Asim had a girlfriend outside the house. The whole fight of "aisee ladki" was normalized and made a running joke, but lets not forget the root, the reason why Rashmi got angry about it was because it was referring to the line "tere jaise ladki ko maine ghar pe lena chhoddiya hai"

- Image improvement. When things got very bad with the violence, BB totally switched to almost all SidNaaz content. Tasks had stopped, Asim's footage was almost all slashed, and just Sid/Sana moments were shown to highlight his entertaining side. Of course, we all know that this was temporary as TRPs suffered so they had to go back to highlighting all contestants.

To conclude, I completely agree that Sid was a great contestant, entertaining guy, and a memorable winner from a memorable season. But it is a little incomplete to say there was that he was not a fixed winner simply because he had more votes. Audience connects with people who are shown in a positive light. He may not have been a "fixed winner" (even though personally I think he definitely was), but there shouldn't be any doubt in even his biggest fans that he was very heavily favored. Overall, it worked out as it resulted in many new stars, his career revival, and a landmark successful season.
