I think she's his sister. Adopted/cousin/just called a sister. (Mainly because of Sreemoyee and they do copy some stuff from there)

Now we know Malvika is a business lady. Anuj mentioned that someone helped him set up his business. Maybe she's his daughter - this seems very plausible. And she would roughly fall in the definition of a sister. Maybe her father passed away and asked Anuj to take care of Malvika? But maybe Malvika did not want that and was estranged from Anuj. Even then I don't think Anuj would just hate her for that. Maybe she had feelings from him and he saw her as a sister? Maybe she's connected to his parents. Omg what if his parents told him to specifically take care of Malvika for whatever reason and then they had a falling out?

Even writing all of this is confusing the heck out of me so imma just focus on MaAn and not make more guesses 😆

My theory might be a little crazy too. So Anuj has claimed that he was not able to tell his parents how much he loved them… what if Malvika (I hope I haven’t spelled it wrong) is Anuj’s illegitimate sister or something along those lines. Which caused a temporary drift between Anuj and his parents but when they died he probably raised her. But from afar because the sister probably blamed Anuj for their death. It has been implied that they died in an accident. What if the accident happened when they were going to try mend relations with Anuj?

Of course then it makes complete sense for Malvika to be his responsibility! But since they both haven’t accepted or forgiven one another, they’re both a cause of stress for one another.

And she may not have returned to avenge Anuj but maybe for the death anniversary of their parents or something? But then she strikes a deal with Vanraj and she gets to stay longer (didn’t Malvika call Vanraj in today’s episode?)

I too have the similar thought in my mind too but was not able to say it before

Ah shriz🤗you spoke my heart yaar. Anu ki stupidity aside, i really want to see her happy, with anuj.

And like you, mujhe anu ki zyada chinta ho rahi hai (which I didn't think would happen). She was so happy to be looking after anuj, and here he is more concerned about malvika.

I so wish malvika is not some run of the mill second khoon chusne wali fl. And the only sensible itv ml to ever exist, anuj kapadia doesn't lose sight of what he has been claiming to have cherished for 26 long years.
