Hello everyone.

After my betrayal of ITV I am tuning to K-drama world. While the KYY days heard a lot about Boys Over Flowers and promised myself that whenever I start watching K-drama I'll start with this, but I happened to watch squid game first and was depressed for a long time. Then I watched Boys Over Flowers and it blown me away in a pleasant manner. Well for one passionate love story unlike here dekh k accha laga. Characters are pretty well-defined and even supporting characters are given screenspace. It's not great but it's good and its get better. Moreover there are many conflicting theories which can be discussed.

And fun part is only 25 epi are there 😃

So tell me if all of you are interested so that I can make a thread.

P.S I am badly missing the discussions we had had.

For k drama starter pack....boys over flowers & playfull kiss & goong days...were must that time😆...my first drama was playful kiss...bof...didn't like FL & ML's hair in that🤣🤣...so I watched Japanese & Taiwanese version(original)🤣..but only half of K version🤣..

There r more beautiful dramas there..once u entered, u will find more😆😆

Squid game as starter is very bad idea😆..it's still in my to watch list, when I have nothing to watch🤣...I keep away from depression kind of dramas😆...some r even just 16 epis❣️❣️..but u want more...unlike itv😵😵

He's well aware of fd's habit of dissecting every word that comes out of their mouth, so I'm wonder if these subtle hints are dropped in his innocence or is it intentional?😉

Sikcand has a twisted mind to think that best chemistry comes out between co actors who aren't in friendly terms. I won't be surprised if his team deliberately creates wedge between the leads. 😃

Precisely, it was my 3rd k drama... First one is 12 year promise, second one is Playful kiss and 3rd one is Boys over flowers... Don't remember exactly if playfulkiss was second or boys over flowers... I very much liked Ji hoo character in BOF... And the pair i liked is kim bum (don't remember his character name though) and the FL friend... More than the FL and ML scenes, i liked the second pair scenes and I liked Second ML with FL... I liked FL challenging ML until they fell in love... But after that I didn't like FL just being burdened with all the problems of the world... More than that I didn't like the FL making weird faces and trying to be cute... I feel like K Dramas are no less in making the problems so melo dramatic for the leads... Later on i saw few other shows too... As it happens in most dramas, the angst is very well depicted in this show... I saw bits and pieces of this show in Japanese, Taiwanese (old one and I guess is the first one to be made too) and recently made in chinese too but I didn't try it.. The Thai version is also being done but not sure if it was released yet... Hindi version is the 4th one after Taiwanese, japanese and korean...The scene i watch many times is the FL kicking ML him...

I had that song as my ringtone for long...I still have it in my phone playlist❤️

Omg even I couldn't tolerate that FL making cute faces..I had to drop the drama..once she chooses ml over jihoo😭...not a fan of both FL & ml at all...

Mine first was playful kiss...so couldn't c jihoo not getting the girl😒

Abt the mv, he said it will come out in Jan or Feb. A lot is to be finalised. It's a romantic song and Shivi and him discussed as to how the fd is gonna love it.❤

Yes... I thought nobody knows the song so didn't take the name... His name is Kim Hyun Joong... More than ML, i liked him... I used to play thAt song on loop... amd yeah... i have that song on my playlist...He also is one of the singer who sang that song... BOF and Playful kiss are the only two albums of korean in my mobile...FL... Ughhhh... Didn't like her character a bit and too loud... How much dumb the character of FL Ha Ni in playful kiss is but still the actress made it likable to me...

Both leads were irritating and unbearable

Only his and her friends were bearable and had chemistry

If not for them I had stop watching earlier

I watched with ff so don't know in detail but yes main leads were loud compare to these 2

Both were soft and subtle and I watched their scenes so many times

These 2 also got one ad too after this show

But due to dating rumours they kept distance and hardly work with eachother

They had great potential but makers wasted it

Even main lead story was ruin

I really didn't understand where is the show going

Yes... After 20 episodes, it seems they themselves didn't know how to lead the story... I just wanted to see how the second pair ends up and hence saw the whole story....

I think he dropped in his innocence. Sai is a type of person who wears his heart on his sleeves . Jo dil mein hota hai woh bol deta hai but at the same time he also knows where to draw boundaries where it is required and that too when some other person is concerned in the matter

Hani was such a likable character❤️..I love the acting of that actress too..

Yaa ..Kim Hyun Joong❤️...I get so confused with their full names...he's not there in any dramas in recent...I still play that song on loop...on my playlist few of Korean OST...this is a must...while show the song keeps playing...his band sang it... even he sings it in it too...for 1 time...story was also nice of playful kiss❤️

...so many times I watched that show long back..

Yaa...jan Di..omg so true...too loud with too much annoying character...same goes for ML..with his hair like that..I just could not tolerate him... loved the other pair....Kim bum & her friend...they were good...their love story also took long to form😊...
