For me too. When she looks at Virat angrily I feel that she is talking with Kauravas or Shakuni ๐Ÿ˜Š.

Story wise no comments, but yes acting wise he is excellent most of the times... But yaar the way he shot the scenes ahead that too episodes centric virat during his own marriage is really appreciatable...and I also appreciate aish for this .. I never thought I would say this but they both made sure show don't get effected because of their absence by shooting ahead , especially neil๐Ÿ‘

Acting was good but the thing is i still cant feel sorry for him or bad for him when the character is utterly wrong. Imo, theres not even a sliver of sympathy to feel when everything he is doing now is a consciously made bad choice on his part. So good acting also cannot salvage a poorly written character arc.

Also i feel that he was very good yesterday but the episode when he sees/hears all about Sai's state, he didn't have much reaction- no guilt, no happiness at her concern, no reaction at all. So kinda missed the boat there. He shot it alone so i guess its tough but Ayesha did a better job shooting alone in thay scene.

Neil is super dependandable as an actor. If not for his acting, Virat would be even more unpalatable than it is now.

But i do feel that this whole credit for doing their work despite an offscreen event is a tad too overrated. If he had a tragic event or sickness, it'd still be understandable. Literally every professional in all lines of work have things like this happen. Working extra/overtime to compensate for your planned vacation is expected. Koi teer nahi maara hai.

i think we should definitely appreciate the emotions displayed by Neil as Virat, he is showing his discomfort with the situation but still has to go through the hotel setup

then when he comes home, he is emotionally drained but has to get through the ZA before he can get to his room and there too he cannot let his guard down in front of Sai

he can see all her efforts to engage him but cannot reciprocate

the scene where he falls asleep, you can feel the exhaustion that makes him go to sleep and his expressions when he wakes up from his deep sleep.... all on point

I think Ayesha has also been doing a fab job the last couple of weeks since Sai realizes the change in feelings.
