Adi and Imlie are flawed characters that have made mistakes through out the story. But I have started seeing Adi more wrong since the moment he started brushing aside Imlie’s concerns regarding Malini, even after he was raped he chose to trust AC (because that doesn’t tarnish the image of Malini that he has) over Imlie, after that also he lets AC comes to his house and insults Imlie and he remains silent, why? After Malini accused Imlie and told him to his face that only she or his wife can stay in his house, he is still blindly trusting her, not even realizing the power she thinks she has over him and his relation to his wife. Imlie left home because of Malini’s influence on him and he doesn’t say anything when Malini behaves as his wife at his house.

The moment Adi saw Imlie smiling at Aryan, Malini’s words about his wife became golden and set in stone and he thinks that she is going away from him and towards Aryan.

Even in Imlie’s difficult conversation she mentions that when boss-intern relation is misunderstood then it is difficult and still he is accusing her of her relation with Aryan.

I didn’t want to mention this and offend people so didn’t mention it in my earlier post. Today, I just couldn’t shake this feeling that Adi finally realized what he is asking of Imlie when Rupi had put herself in Imlie’s position and asked him, “will you make your sister do the same thing.” I think more than anything, that is what made him open his eyes.

@bold1: Her working on celebrity interview when she saw Adi's displeasure in working on that story. It could have ended with Adi's interview but Imlie went out of the way to get that interview.

@bold2: That is why it is difficult to connect with her sometimes. Why would she back off from getting to know more about what was in Aru's mind🤷‍♀️

I feel trust comes with time. Imlie too will get thag, Sadini has always shared this bond that is unbreakable. For whatever reason MC has never given a reason for Adi to doubt on her.

It has always been his lihaaz towards MC. How can he can correct her when she was his wife too. There was a time when she loved him with all her heart( according to him obviously) besides, Imlie's relationship dynamics are changing with Aru too. Don't know what to make out of it but would love to see her fighting for Adi if she gets to know Aru's intentions. Here Sadini has a relationship of 8 years and Arylie have just met. Still she was unable to defend Adi and you are saying Adi should've said something to MC, who he knows for freaking 8 years????

I am not saying that Chinta ji.

He is drawn to being a father. Being parents is different from being a husband or a lover. Parents tend to forget their own partnership for the love of their children. They sometimes stop being husband and wife for the sake of their children. So Adi's stand for his child is right. Yes, he is wrong as a husband on various occasions but that cannot change the fact of 300 episodes of a dotting husband.

Here both women are getting taunted by the society. One for real and the other who herself has created the situation but Adi ke saamne toh dono ko hi taunts pad rahe hain.
