Okay... So, we have to remember Akshara was in Abhimanyu's cabin when he was shirtless and we can see Ruby has not seen Akshara and have even caught off guard but a girl who has faked a molestation charges would have kept quiet and will not lie again? And Birlas have clarified that Goenka's and Birlas does not share any kind of relationship except profesionalism, so when Akshara get dragged into this, her reputation is at stake. And the show is based in India and we know the media.
Otherwise why shouldn't she be in his cabin, especially when Abhi's family would say they had invited her to help plan his bday and decorate his cabin. She could say she was hiding to not spoil the surprise. Seems like a big deal over nothing.
Agree, they could have said that but then Manjiri and Neil would be at stake and also when there is nothing between Goenka's and Birla's why would a musician is turned into a event planner? And the bday celebration was over... What was Akshara surprising Abhi with? Her presence? Then again, why would her presence surprise him?
Also Ruby's father said Abhi grabbed her hand instead of taking her pulse - that's considered molestation?? Did I miss something? My Hindi is serviceable but not super-fluent so maybe I missed some important dialogues.
That's a slang. Like we say in English na, I give u a finger, you pull the hand. (idk my English teacher used to say something like this on the same lines) matlab ungli di nhi ki haath khich liya. So he just covered up the molestation with that.
I'm having such trouble with the illogical storytelling in this show - the writers are trying to create the right situations (misunderstanding between Abhi and Akshara, tashan between Arohi and Akshara, making Akshara stand up for Abhi and herself) but through completely unrealistic means.
See, a problem is a problem... For some, what I am facing might be nothing but a mind of my game on which I am wasting my time but for me, its huge and until and unless, I don't solve it or I am out of it, I won't be rest. There are so many things I find unrealistic in the show (a lot of them because I have not experienced them) . Like I have a problem with too much of dream sequences but that's only because they don't show much conversations. I don't understand the concept of telepathy because for me, we can only be 50% sure that what we r thinking is right and when we know a person that does turn into a bigger percentage but there's always a probability of it not turning into a reality. So I need them to communicate of what they think and understand each of other.
But if they show them talking and also dreaming then we all will be happy. Because then we will get both type of romances. Emotional intimacy (with conversations) and the hot and sizzling but cute chemistry (with dreams till they come at the point where they share it in reality too) because when we fall in love, we cant stop dreaming... About spending time with each other, of future but we also communicate and sometimes, just get surprise with the turn of events.
tl;dr: something might be totally unrealistic for us but maybe for others it's the most realistic things. The base of molestation case was nicely done.... Ruby was shown as a person who does not take no for an answer and was never said no, so when she heard one that too again and again, then she can't take it. And believe me, those people are more than quiet dangerous.
