And this whole spark thing is actually wrong since as audience we can't judge what's truly in his heart. He is an actor he can give extreme emotions if he wants. And actually there are a whole army in youtube who says "the way he looks at her"

Also Because different people may have different expressions. A person may give one of the most bland look but inside that relationship he/she might be truly in love.

From an audience view we can only talk about game pov which I personally do feel Kundra liked Teja and kind of utilized this angle in his favor just to complete his gaming aspects. Like proving him as a complete package, playing games, doing romance, making bonds.
