This is what happens with stupid male writers. They don't even understand how much of a sensitive issue, sexual abuse is.

Do they even know how difficult it is for sexual abuse victims to even speak up about their abuse. Acc to NCRB data hardly 50% of the cases get convicted. And women who speak up have to go through a lot of shit starting from character assassination and accusatuon of fake cases. There might be hardly 1% of fake cases. But of course when the powerful gets attacked only that matters, no? 1 in 3 women in India are victims of some kind of molestation and it is true that after a point no cis het man can be really trusted. What the f*ck are they trying to show to the society by fake sexual abuse cases? Don't trust women anymore when they open up? Like what are they thinking? It's not fun to go through the entire process wirh your life being dragged into the public to be assessed whether you actually went through the harassment.

Season 2 was better than this when it came to sexual abuse and stuff. They at least showed people in powerful positions or even family members you keep at a higher standards can be abusers.

They are just throwing all of that hardwork in the drain and giving a really wrong message to the society. Not enough that they are already showing two women have no character by going after a guy who doesn't even give them attention but now they are predators too. What the actual f*ck?

Men go through sexual abuse too and if they are gonna show this as a track they have to remember so many things, 1) first generally man does not even believe that what's happening to him is sexual abuse. They always think ki she is a woman. The intention was not that and now can a woman do that? 2) Confiding to a person they are closest to. And then proper legal help ki advice. 3) if the woman has already put the charges then he should be arrested at the earliest and bail can't be granted in such cases. It generally does not until and unless, there are proofs or some high authority power.

If they want to show this, they have to show how both men and women go through it. Not many people are aware about the violence against men... In case of women they are aware but they chose to remain silence. They have to show how not every women is same. That what they go through is so much more.

I agree @Ekhariz that the ratio of something like this happening with women is more but it would not be wrong if they show how, even in less ratio it happens to men too. And how in India we need to stop this for both genders. How No means No irrespective of gender.

It can be a message that we need to eradicate this ghatiyaa situation from our country. And no one should go through it.
