I haven't watched Hum Kahan Kay Sachay Thay so I have no idea about the characters over there but I believe just because a character has toxic traits,it does not mean that they are poorly written. Moreover whether the character manages to serve its purpose or not depends solely on the actors. And if the actors are exceptionally good then they manage to rise above the writing and deliver beyond expectations. The one from KAM 3 was pretty much an average character with nothing out of the ordinary. Mehmal from Fitoor was no different but there were worse characters in the show such as Haider,Haider's mom and Dilnasheen's clan. Therefore Haris is the undisputed winner of that title. He was one of those characters who are,in plain words,unnecessary and irritating. The feelings he evoked were no different from how one feels when fingernails are scratched on a chalkboard 😭 Banda aise behave kar raha thaa jaise 100 saal se chahta ho Isra ko

And do I even need to say anything on Hammad's Emmy worthy performance?😆

Everyone has their own way to express "love" for Haaris...on one end we have Puruu with "1000 baar bc" and on the other end we have Melkor's academic essays.

About the characters that Danish should play next then I agree that he should go for something different other than an antihero I don't want him in Geo daily soaps or any other dramas like Meharposh though for it will be a waste of his talents. Neither do I want him in the regular Hum or Ary dramas.

A Ramzan romcom would be great because,even though the characters are not that challenging as such,they are easily likeable. I started watching Chupke Chupke out of sheer curiosity and ended up binging it. Secondly,warm and light hearted romcoms appeal to audience of all kinds from all age groups and sections because everyone needs an escape from their otherwise serious and stressful life. If Danish does one of these then it would definitely be hyped and be great for his online fan following. And if he were to have a suitable costar opposite him then that would be the cherry on top of the cake. Actually I want Danish and Dure to reunite in a Ramzan romcom immediately after KTK so that the pre established pairing would bring in more views.

A drama on social issues like Dil Na Umeed Toh Nahin with a strong character on one of the major channels is on my wishlist too. I wish to see him playing a righteous and intelligent lawyer/journalist/activist who is fighting for a cause or a character that has shades of grey but is well intentioned. Someone who does not believe in playing by the book when it comes to obtaining justice for the weak and downtrodden

What do you all think about Iqra as Danish's next co star? I have no idea about how she is off the camera as usual but she is a fairly good actress with a fanbase and with her,we won't have to worry about psychotic shippers either 😆
