Ranveer's dialogues were well written, and I particularly enjoyed the moment in which Mamta looks back at her husband and realises the reality behind Ranveer's comments, which she had previously been ignorant of.

In terms of other television programmes, I've seen characters speak out against infidelity, particularly a number of female (main and supporting) characters, who spoke about it more strongly than Ranveer, but the situations in which these characters spoke vary in different ways, so I won't compare apples to oranges and undermine any character’s stance.

And that is totally fair 👍🏼 the situations vary! I’m just glad that these conversations are appearing in ITV more often now 😃

Ranveer was effective in his own right since he wasn't disclosing anything new to his mother; instead, he was simply exposing her the reality she had been denying deep down. I like that Ranveer didn't agree with his parents' conduct just because they were his elders; he grew up to form his own sound view about the subject.

I've seen one ml get irritated with his mother for forgiving her disloyal husband 🤔, and it's refreshing to see that, while crisp with words, Ranveer wasn't disrespectful or harsh to Mamta, instead pointed out flaws in her reasoning without labelling her a wrongdoer.
