No it's a old scratch before his falling from stairs 👍🏼 you can see this scratch on abhira dream sequence on janiye song when they were playing with water on pool side i saw that scratch there 😭

Not sure when the scenes were shot but a friend of mine noticed it earlier in the hospital scenes. The shot where he is wearing the green shirt and he finds Akshara praying to Lord Ganpati.

I noticed this red mark in that pool song sequence .. check back
