Basically everything is his dream. But in reality in front of everyone she tells him she doesn't love him. When he says, he doesn't believe her, she goes "you gotta believe Dr.Abhimanyu because that's the truth and I don't love you" and she walks away.

If it's her own decision means definitely she messedup arohi wont leave her because now she won't have any equation with abhi and birlas only professional means abhi will be more danger for her and which leads to again tana for her ,and comig home saying had that much confidence she had means she can do that in goenkas house also this will be the major doubt on harsh so let's see how abhi deal with this one,on Thursday onwards for her torcher surru for sacrificing everything.
