Are K dramas worth watching?

Nothing different than Bollywood or ITV.

Out of curiosity I watched a few episodes of a show where a girl impersonates herself as a crown prince. The lady is super delicate and there's no way she looks like a boy/man, still everyone believes her to be a prince!

Not all of them.

Kingdom, DOTS, Goblin, True Beauty, Penthouse, Vincenzo, Mr Queen, Hometown Cha Cha Cha, Tunnel. These are really good. Especially Kingdom. Have also heard good reviews about Its Okay to not be Okay.

Itaewon Class - for the way the music and the setting are used

The Penthouse: War in Life - it's completely bonkers, very much in the vein of Dynasty, but better

Crash Landing On You - because it's funny, while giving a not too far-fetched insight into the collective NK/SK soul
