Yes i noticed it too. I feel like akhilesh will be on arohis side ehen some huge rifts happen between the teo sisters and thats why they r building the character accordingly

It can be played two ways. One as her life is flashing before her she does show some care that she wants her sister.

The other, she was actually trying to stop Akshara from touching her but she was too weak to move her hand away from her face. Akshara took it as a positive sign and held her hand.
