So I ended up watching Ghum at 8 on TV. I must say when I watch in comparison with the other serials, there is definitely a degree of freshness. Sirf Tum seems too cliched already. And I cannot stand the FL who just stands with tears ready to flow. And if the story is like Kabir Singh, that;s how she's going to be. Sai even in her watered down self is much much better to watch. And Ayesha's looks and acting is like a breath of fresh air. Neil also looks different from the typical chocolate boy heroes. BK and Ashwini's convo seemed very deep compared to the typical plotting and manipulation going on in BALH!! 🤣
yesterday Virat was trying to console Sai about the ghar ka chirag demand, relative to other shows, it seemed so distinct !! I got a new perspective on the show🤣. Maybe that's why they are doing well on the TRP charts. It works like a typical joint family with the exxxtraaaa drama quotient to keep it vicarious. 😆
I'm pretty sure you have joined Ghum's PR machinery 🤣
That's a very nice tactic of subtle brain washing 😆
I guess you are right. Watching something on TV at a designated time maybe a totally different experience compared to watching on hotstar/IG. I remember breezing through a lot of crap shows between 7:30 to 9:00 which my roommate at PG used to watch...😆. No way I'll watch it over the internet....I don't even remember their names. But while having dinner or just hanging out with your friends, it's definitely much much more tolerable and even mildly entertaining to watch such shows on TV. Good point 👍🏼.
I've seen the sirf tum actress in some show...she is more or less like a pretty doll in that 😆. I agree with your point about Ayesha and Neil. I find both to be much much better than other ITV show FL and ML generally.....compared to all the shows I've seen till now....
