Exactly there was no indication that Akshu likes Abhi enough to marry him. There might have been some sparks, some real some imaginary(on Abhi's part) but what if Akshu actually didn't want to marry Abhi so soon? What if she wanted to know him more? Or what if Abhi was just a passing crush and nothing more?

Also people blame arranged marriages that they are just compromises as people don't know each other then what kind of a marriage is Abhi envisioning with Akshu where they don't know a single thing about each other. What kind of soul connection is this?

Put some creepy music on Abhi and he would appear an obsessive stalker and Akshu his object of affection with no say in the matter

Obviously it's not shown in the show because Abhi is the lead and his love is shown as romantic but I'm talking about how this 2 day love is not believable. Why not talk to the girl once before proposing marriage? Clear everything, confess your feelings?
