Brooke was the best at first you were suppose to hate her but she wins you over and is so much better than peyton and her wannabe sad girl persona lol I think Brook and Nathan had the best character growths throughout the show. You see them as these spoiled aimless brats with hidden depth and through experiences and people they change and grow. The writers had 9 years to write about these characters the itv writers go day to day and forget what they did a week ago lol
