I mean sure it would be dumb, but she's not known for smart moves. Like at least past 4-5 incidents she's done against Tejo (paper leak, jass back, academy thing, even motel...) it just ended up pushing F towards Tejo, both literally and symbolically.

Angad is sharp, but doesn't seem evil (not right now at least, the guy sure has a traumatic past), and despite the fact that he likes Tejo, he's very friendly and non judgmental towards Fateh. Now the promo is out, we know that F is the offending party, and somehow the core reason is Tejo cried. The only person who takes glee in making T cry is that bitch... although idk why her mind works that way.
