True... Promotion toh hardly kuch karte hai... Dekhana ab one year completion ka bhi kuch aayega toh PriAm ka alag alag hi aayega.. Irrespective of all the other aspects professionalism bachi nahi hai yahaan pe.. Leads saath mein promote kare that makes a lot of difference .. But kahaan samazhnaa hai inhe..
