Way I see it, Afsana's trigger point was Umar and co. not making her win the task even though they repeatedly promised to do everything they can to bring her into the VIP room.

Afsana was directing all that hurt and anger onto Rajiv and Shamita. It was clear to see. She was making serious sexual harrasment allegations against Rajiv and constantly going up to Shamita to threaten her. There was no reason for Afsana to target them coz they didnt even block her in the end.

Shamita was even silent for a long period when Afsana was constantly provoking and threatening her. Even Rajiv kept his head down. Shamita gave back after quite a while and I dont see anything wrong in that. Afsana was not stopping at all. Shamita had to retaliate at some point. You cant expect people to keep mum when someone is constantly shouting in front their face and threatening them. Rajiv, Shamita and Neha even tried to calm her down at one point. Still she went on and on.

If anyone is to blame its Afsana's friends who repeatedly let her down and indirectly caused her to lose it completely.
