Side note - Covid vaccine availability aside, Indians have always been one of the most pro-vax countries in the world. So thankfully not an issue there.

They choose to assert their freedom and their right to be hitched to a ventilator .

Because Meghalaya is left leaning state, and it has probably the highest numbers of anti-vaxxers ratio wise in India.

Frankly, as someone who has been on front line for almost two years now, I could care least about the anti vaxers, especially the privileged ones like this one who has all the resources in the world but still choose to read and believe the things that fulfills their agendas.

they say be patient with them, they say educate them, now they are saying reason with them. No I am sorry, I won’t do any of those. If you choose to put not only your life but other people’s lives at risk due to your half baked information, then it’s on you. I can’t feel sorry for you to lose your job.

I say, require vaccine proof for everything, grocery stores, malls, all the restaurants. These are the people who should be sitting home, why should it be who has followed the guidelines and rules of this pandemic.

the rare adverse reaction of myocarditis is significantly less likely with the vaccine than with Covid-19 infection. Not to mention myocarditis is self resolving. Can't say the same for the mortality rate of Covid-19. India was ravaged by the virus. As were other nations who were hit by the delta variant.

I tell people, look up rates of death by Covid vaccine and compare to mortality of the infection. Even antibiotics like Ciprofloxacin, commonly prescribed for UTIs can cause QT prolongation and arrhythmias and death. Does this ever stop people from taking them?


More than 50% of the US population is vaccinated. Is the vaccines weren't safe, I would imagine the hospitals would have been packed with patients due to vaccine adverse effects. I assure you, it's the infection getting people hospitalized.

I got 2 doses and apart from body aches I was fine and covid free. Even after traveling to Pakistan 😆

I also did the 2 doses...

My father too btw and he got a stroke the day after when he's someone who's very health to begin with.

I did two doses and now they are talking about a third that I'll certainly won't do.

I did get the vaccine (Pfizer) because we were being pressurised by our government but to this day I still feel uneasy about it.

The studies weren't well-done and it's was very oriented as cet peuple to do the vaccine. It's only now that people are talking about how Pfizer's tests weren't done accordingly or how Moderna is unsafe for youngsters now.

They are also now putting money toward researching the side effects on women menstrual cycle. But it's only after people talked about it after millions of people had it done. Otherwise they wouldn't have done anything about it.

I'm no anti vax but I side eye a vaccine that was developed too quickly meanwhile it usually take 10 years for them to be done.

Sanofi had yet to bring out their vaccine and if there is a lab I would trust, it's theirs.

The way I see it, one can't begrudge a person who refuses to do a vaccine that is still in phase 3.

Anyways, meds will soon be available do the vaccine debate might not be an issue anymore.
