Well, if they tone down her negativity a little till she is practically negative, then yes.

Everyone in real life is always a little negative, sometimes selfish, sometimes arrogant. If they show Arohi being a IRL person than a ITV vamp, then yep, she could be a good lead.

But here, she is straightaway a vamp. No humanity nothing.

P.s. i only say this because she knows her sister gets panic attacks, and being a doctor she should have been her first helper. Panic attacks feels like death every time someone has it. It's not funny.

Well if there is a comparison between the two, I think Akshara was a lot more stronger than Aarohi in emotional aspect. She lived a lie for 9 years, lost her mother twice and father. Followed her passion of music. Dealt with her panic attacks alone and lived away from the family.

On the other hand, Aarohi wants to be a doctor but still kept her duty at the backseat. She may hate Akshara but her reaction during her panic attack is inhumane. If she was ambitious she would have gone to Birla hospital to look for an internship nd not just to meet a hot doctor and behaves like some queen that everybody have to meet her. Her common sense is actually zero. She is entering the same profession and think doctors would be free just bcoz she wants to meet them.

But yeah... If we want to see the strongest of the three siblings then it's Kairav. I can't even imagine the emotional and mental trauma that kid would have faced but he emerged out stronger.... A lot stronger.
