India has already made multiple films based on 1971 liberation war

Hope the park version truthfully says the war to be between east pak vs west pak which is now Bangladesh

Rather than saying it to be an ind vs pak war which it wasn't and which the indians very wrongfully mentioned in their multiple films

Taking all the credit of the 9 month long fight back by the BD people with blood and flesh like literally

Indian army just intervened towards the end in December

Won't deny their contribution

But the Indian filmmakers just ignored the first 8 months of the war between the 2 Pakistans which started on march 25 ....1971

I m so delighted Pak is making 2 projects related to the liberation war of 1971

One is khel khel mein which will be released this Nov 19 starring sajjal and Bilal and the other one is hangor ...an ARY telefilm starring Zahid and Saba and affan and durre fishan

I would really like to know and see the pak perspective of the liberation war

Although it looks interesting, I hope it doesn't whitewash history and try to make Pakistanis the only "good guys"

I also don't like how it looks like they might portray the Bangladeshi characters. It looks very stereotyped and caricaturist. I hope I am proved wrong since this is just the trailer.

Sadly both countries are culprits of doing this in their movies and dramas about history... which is why I usually avoid both.

This one has such a strong lead pair that it's hard to avoid! 😆

But Fortunately the ratio is less in Pak dramas and movies as compare to indian movies. Most of Bollywood recent releases have content against pakistan.

Promote your country is good but defaming the other country is not in a good taste.

Yup I agree. Nowdays India has began marketing anti Pakistan rhetoric which is working sadly.

Thankfully Indian shows have not adapted such tactic.

Lol not just "recent " releases..... Bollywood has been showing anti pak content since the time I started watching bolly...that's 20 yrs ago .....lol....and nothing has changed till now...pak is India's forever opponent....now a days thankfully they r including other countries also like china and middle east which is a good thing... initially it was only pak .lol ....it's kinda like how Hollywood always has Russia Japan turkey as their common enemies in their films
