Their first meet was mock shoot. There were 7 or 8 pairs in total but if you've seen the pic that was leaked, SaiShi were sitting side by side. I don't think that's just a coincidence. Their chairs were pretty close compared to others. Maybe it's my inner fan girl speaking but Ketan was looking damn good that day. He has that charm you know. Also on the same day he had to catch a flight and he grabbed attention of all the people out there including Shivi. Then they got casted together and she had his pic in his phone as she mentioned. So at the script reading session, she so enthusiastically said "hi" to him. If we believe that Shivangi isn't good at initiating convos then why she showed this excitement? And later we all know how she kept complaining about his thanda response in almost all her IVs. She was disappointed you see. And she even went on and spoke to her roommate about him. Probably Diljot. They discussed about him. Imagine the impact he had on her.
