Udaariyaa succumbing to trp

Hey all

We all know Udaariyaan is doing great in trp charts, so the makers, howsoever uniquely they want to showcase they are unable to do. . Because Indian audiences like Drama and for the channels all that matters is trp. So in this process even though trps are high, producers don't get creative satisfaction.

Coming to Udaariyaan this show had great calibre to be hatke as it genuinely has great actors, but I guess due to trp the story line must had been altered by producers, because I have read Ankits interview of how he doesn't like Fateh cheating on tejo. But ultimately even they are actors.

We will get this untill the audience don't change their mindset and are accepting to new concepts.. But I must say Ravi and Sargun as producers are playing really smart, by being a bit hatke though not more is in their hands

Udaariyaan had a rough start for the first few months, frankly it didn't hold my interest either. Jasmine & Tejo were ok in their characters. It was Fateh that was lacking from the beginning. There was no spark, something was missing. I kept waiting for the ML to make his entry😆 & finally he is here.

As for mindset & accepting new concepts, I agree with you. Even after portraying fateh in the worst possible light some people still want Tejo to go back to him. So yes, makers need to promote fresh ideas like a girl is better off alone than repeating a mistake like Fateh again.

But Anupmaa is alone, she divorced Vanraj and the show is literally doing well, plus now that Anuj, so they can afford to show Tejo either come out as an independent strong woman who moved on in life or found true love else where.
