The interferences from the channel is the reason for the mess right now. You know they had tried to bring Batuk -Bondita love story by killing off Anirudh? But the makers have always managed to turn the cliches around, so lets see what they have planned...

rangu wanted this but makers gave beautiful twist to make our anidita there infact introduced a character mallika brc gf but they will end up together i suppose again showing different from itv

but some how I had this much confidence with the creative team as of my experience. No matter what illogical for the era or may be the white washing done at time.. and even character butchering at time.. they were truthful to the sense of relations.. as in all were scared of Sampoorna trying to woo Ani in her vidwa track and all and many similar.. but the relations were all respectful in the framework of family unlie the cliched itv type.. only thing I found a lil creepy was Samnoy and their holi dance..but still it was linked with conspiracy and may be such relations existed too the era. and more of it Ani dare to question his own father publically that day.. so yes I don think the team will take such a stoop down day of pairing up batuk and bon.. while the relation I always loved to explored post leap was theirs.. an extention of their childhood friendship. If Ani ever was never in picture or was only the whole mentor for Bon, then batuk and Bon relation would have a sense of similarity with Ani and Mini in childhood.. now here its all different its not childhood friens and sweat heart, its childhood friend and Boudi.. Ani is much present

and killing Ani is of no less than killing the show itself.. if we could connect this much with ARC. I think his creators cannot let that happen.. Yaad hain.. pehle bhi I used to say the one who is last to be blamed might be mangu and the team while he is always pulled apart by the channel trp, fan wars and needs, and his intentions to be atleast make it somewhat truthful to the show and purpose, even if it deviated at times.. still Batuk as doppleganger to Ani and a 2021 gf for 1930s era has its very illogical things in itself.. but then again the logics.. it was meant to be not mentioned in BB world after all the time.. and we used to say its not logic but magic.. even through illogicals if some reality is addressed and showcased we can just be thankful.. atleast in that and many ways the show is better than many others

No its okay, but yes, in my opinion. But the makers have put different spin on it.
