Is Anupama signing a document without reading???

Saw in SBS that Kavya and Baa approaching Anupama and she signing the papers standing on the road.... without reading.... May be Kavya has said this is to transfer property in Baa's name..... but Kavya could have cheated and written her own name.

If this is the case, .... how much ever she works hard she cannot be successful. She was once cheated in bank fraud without reading the document. She was cheated by Kavya for 9 years with illegal relationship. Can't she atleast go to the office , give the document to her legal team and then sign. I wish it does not happen this time even if she is signing like this. Kanaji please ....

Real life mein property paper aisa sign nahin hota ki koi raah chalte aaya usne bola ki property pe sign kar do aur bus ho gaya. Jo aise randomly jo property paper sign karwaya jaata hai yeh court ki nazar mein valid hi nahi hoti

Property paper wahi valid hoti hai court ki nazar mein jub property sign karte waqt lawyer bhi ho aur 2 witness bhi ho

Property paper hamesha lawyer aur do witness ke saamne hota hai .aur plus woh property paper registered hona chahiye aur plus property paper ki teen copy bhi hoti hai. Jisme ek copy court mein bhi hoti hai

Nahi but main jaankari rakhti hai. Yeh my material uncle LLB ki padhai ki hai my nana was also lawyer . Ab ek mama court mein practice kar rahe hain

When transfer of property takes place, it has to be registered in registrar office. This rule applies even for a new property, like newly constructed flats. Property cannot be transferred by only signing. All the parties including the witnesses have to be present in registrar office together at the same time, where there thumb impressions and live photos are taken place. It is not that easy. It includes many fees and charges also.

Accha hai anu ka peecha chuta , ab kavya Jane or jhooladevi , mazaa aayega agar kavya ditched jhooladevi coz in original she did sell d house.

Yes. Transferring property is an elaborate exercise. Lot of due deligence has to be done. As you mentioned parties have to go to the registrar office and register. I hope CVs handle properly

I don't think so much legal stuff will be shown. Atleast they should show that Anupamaa has read the papers unlike last time. Also, does anyone know how the Shah's get the house back, IF they get it back
