Teja was rude to the host because he was talking to umar and she should not have interrupted.

Shamita was not directly rude to the host but yes if it was someone else at her place he or she would have gotten good dose from selmon bhai.

Also somewhere it looked like Salman feels guilty he is favouring Shamita that's why he told Tejaswi..u think I'm favoring her and want umar to choose u.

Because of Salman's connection with Shilpa Shetty he is unable to reprimand Shamita which he was never able to do to tansisha as well. And kushal pointed it out.

Tejaswwi needed that, she sometimes crosses the line albeit unintentionally. Now, she'll at least think before speaking and that's good. However I'm inclined to believe that had Shamita done the exact same thing, Selmon's reaction would have been the complete opposite. He lets Shamita get away with basically everything. She talks to him like she's talking to a peer and that's a privilege only she enjoys in that house.

I think it stems from being familiar. Shamita shares a personal equation with Salman, so that allows for some leeway. Teja on the other hand has only a professional relation with Salman, so her being too familiar and casual with him didn't sit down well. And that tone was one you would use with someone you've known for a time. She needed to be cautioned at this point.

Teja talks to Salman like she talks to her chuddy buddy.. Seniority, age difference, host of the show, task going on, nothing of them matter.

Hmm maybe salman and shamita share a relationship still the way shamita talked was not right at all. Tejaswi definitely deserved the scolding but teja is younger than shamita hence we expect shamita to be more mature and it would have been better if salman would have said something to her🤔
