sure, abhi picture baaki hai mera dost. Ab bhi Namibia, Scotland aur Aghanistan se haarna baaki hai - then it will be picture perfect.

I don't mind if the team loses after giving a fight but in both the matches, they didn't even give any sort of fight, its like they played the match just to give their attendance.

yes, its totally dependent on other teams. Its like you must be praying for other teams to lose & they must lose pretty badly too as our NRR is miserable.

Afg can give tough competition tho.

Yeah both these losses are one sided. Undoubtedly disappointing performance. They need to understand their mistakes. Hopefully they will bounce back in next tournament.

most probably India will lose with Afghans, may be give a nail biting finish in either of Namibia or Scotland matches.

To understand mistakes, one needs to accept them. You take players out-of-form to the WC & hope they gain back their form, is not the way to go. We're the only main team in the WC who have persisted with out-of-form players (only exception is Warner for Aus - he's just one player unlike a bunch for us - Bhuvi, Hardik, Rohit, Suryakumar).

India have traditionally not done well, whenever there has been a WC just after the IPL. The same hppd in 2nd T20 WC as well, didn't qualify for the 2nd league. I recall Kohli or Dhoni's interview thanking the gods for WC to happen prior to the IPL - the last one or prior to that.

I have no clue why India were considered favorites in this WC to begin with, they have had horrible record off-late & most of the main players missed the matches as well - not to mention half the squad is out-of-form coming into the WC, if you see the squads which played T20I's - just compare this with any other team, you will know what I'm talking about.

some thought bangladesh would be dark horse of this wc, they did not even win a single match

pakistan seems to be fav

also pacers r doing better than spinners it seems

even middle and lower order(bowlers) r getting more runs than top order in some matches 🤣

Afghanistan could have won vs Pakistan , they had the game in the 18th over, but then in 19th over Asif Ali’s 4 sixes in that over snatched the game from them which was completely unexpected like how Braithwaite hit 4 sixes off Stokes in 2016 wc final last over with WI needing 23
