Shastri is no where near Dravid. The only reason Shastri is coach is because of his good rapport with VK. Dravid is a gentleman. He has silently nurtured the U19 team for so many years without taking and credit. And those sincere players after coming out of Dravid's mentorship have become indisciplined and incompetent
