What is the problem between his father and mother?

Everyone seems a doctor in the family but she is not. Is she education is the problem or something else??

May be it's the typical story that she is not educated enough to his liking and they got married under parental pressure that's why he doesn't like her

Off topic but i was not really convinced with harshad pranali jodi at first. Because somewhere i read about the age gap between her and harshad. But onscreen they actually look good.

Without any bias, i am liking akshu-Abhi more than Arohi-Abhi.

Maybe her sister was to be married to him, but then something happened so she got married to him, and since he believes that education sets one apart, he treats her less.
