Shivi, honestly had soooo much of scope, the forced marriage thing is not very new, but ig OG had way better and realistic execution. From whatever Tamil shows I've seen, its soo progressive and regressive at the same time. But except a few shows, most of them stick to reality which is hard to see here. Tamil shows gain more trp the more they show reality, obviously it has its Saas bahu drama tho 🤡

Teju started watching Tamizhanum Saraswathiyum, yet to catch up on all the episodes. So far not bad. But I am reminded of the plot of some tamizh movie which I cannot remember now.😆

Pandian Stores is based on Anandham and Vanathai pola, so this must be based on something too😆

Itv shows are just getting regressive day by day.almost every show has two women,one man triangle and saas bahu drama.some even show two wives.i saw a clip of some show on ig where the man refers to his two wives as choti and badi.something like that.🤕🤕

There was this movie called Siddha vaidhiya sigamani, I don't remember very well, both were illiterate and married lying to each other, assuming they studied very well. But here it's not the case, the leads know to read and write, they don't have a degree, I feel few references from the movie otherwise its pretty new imo.

I have stopped watching..atleast i dont watch it for KM after the Chithu's demise....but show abhi bhi mast chal raha hein..with krish's marriage and dhara's pregnancy and delivery

Nope I don't follow OG, I read plot from wiki and rarely watch promos 😂😂

The whole OG PS is based on old movies, and also their slang is not something I'm very familiar with 🙈🙈

It must have been difficult for fans to come to terms with her demise and see another actress playing her character.
