LLB can be done in 2 ways-

1. After 12th- 5 year integrated courses such as BA/ B. Com/ etc. LLB

2. After graduation or higher- 3 year LLB

LLB is a full time course and you can’t be enrolled anywhere else.

Having said that, there are low grade colleges that do not emphasise on attendance and allows you to just turn up for the exams. But with that too, you can’t show any other education in the same time frame as LLB education.

I think so too (it was written yesterday)...it may not start before 4pm so the prosecution can "force" another delay... I bet those behind this want make suffer the father through the son as loooong as possible...it might even happen that they have to go to the SC - apparently the only court quite independent of the government (if there won't be a judge with skeletons in his closet and as such prone to pressure...

Although I still try to have hope, my morale is rather low...

The rules for these degrees are not just made by the UGC but respective governing bodies of the profession.

BCI do not allow you to pursue law with any other course in the same time frame.

Will have to check what are the rules for journalism

I know Bar council of India doesn’t recognise any distance / correspondence degree. Basically you can get one from Ignou but can’t practice as a lawyer.

BBA you can but anyways her credentials aren’t legal anyways, she can’t be doing 3 degrees at once .. also she has not stated working anywhere but opened her own firm straightaway.. no experience?
