I don't know about the other 2 couples, but in case of Anuj Anupama, aunties like the couple cause many of them have faced similar situations or seen someone go through the same. They couldn't do anything about it in real life, hence the want to see something on TV. It's like their hidden desire coming true.

With fatejo, it's a little different, cause aunties don't really understand that emotional cheating is also cheating. For many cheating is only physical, which has not yet happened. So, if fateh represents and apologises properly they may be ok with fatejo.

I do understand your point but it’s gotten to the point where the only thing they haven’t done is intercourse - they live together, they hold hands, hug each other and publicly acknowledge the other person as their spouse.

I agree that women are forgiving, especially in India. I know of several such cases in my own family. Reasons vary from society to children. Look at Kyun Rishton Mein on Zee Tv. They tried to redeem the ML by demonising the third person similar to Jasso. But it flopped on them. The FL is bashed by the online crowd and the TRP crowd. The show is ending this month. If Fateh is redeemed, I hope it happens here too.

I could understand Fateh’s indecision at first. In fact, even if they slept together, I would understand it. I don’t agree with it, it’s despicable, but at least understandable. But he actually wanted to run away without facing any consequences. He lives in the same house with his wife and mistress. Before Simran’s reveal, he continuously doubted and demeaned Tejo in front of the society.

Everyone is asking for his redemption. What exactly would that be? How do you redeem yourself after falling to that depth?

Even if Jasmine turns out to be Cruella in disguise, will people forgive Fateh? If they hadn’t stretched the track to the point that TRP Is in retrograde, I think it would have worked.

Now people just want Jasmine’s exposure and Tejo to be happy and that would be difficult with Fateh. Nobody gives a rat’s ass about Fateh.

I started watching the show due to the wedding reel of FaTejo. I used to love them but cheating - emotional or physical is a huge deal to me and to TRP aunties.
I do believe that FaTejo will be endgame unless KVG brings them more TRP. The day his character ends, so will many viewers but bleh. FaTejo was ruined by the makers for TRP. They can do anything to attract new viewers. Whether bringing in KVG or killing him off.

So as u said this is the time in story where makers need to clearly show what they intend to do with Fateh. If they further lower him and then there is another guy then Fatejo is thing of past

I will tell you why I believe FaTejo are end game. We have been shown or it is always implied that Jasmeen is the one who is manipulating and keeping Fateh tied to herself. She is spoiling Tejo's life but Fateh is not aware about the mastermind behind all these games. Fateh is still shown ultra protective and at times caring towards Tejo. Fateh and Tejo both sense something when other person is in trouble, typical ITV soul mate connections. Fateh is the one who is there when she is in trouble though late 😆. Fateh has not slept with Jasmeen a big reason according to TRP ladies. The most important been Tejo loves Fateh, inspite of him being a**hole she could not stop herself from loving and caring about him. I think Karan is brought to spice up FaTejo angle. He would be the catalyst.

Other reason are logistics 😆 If Fatejo are not endgame then they have to bring a whole new lot as a family for new male lead. The Virks/Sandhu's role will exhaust. Is Karan ready to shoot in Chandigarh for indefinite period of time? Once Tejo gets married to new lead the whole plot of UD will cease to exist. There won't be any role of Fateh and Jasmeen there after.

Yeah I also know Fatejo is endgame. They have implied that right from first episode where Fateh gets T's snap rather than J. Just that I don't trust ITV with redemption. So it will still be abrupt like all their plots.

I don't want Fatejo but I want priyankit so I am in duplicate theory 🤣🤣🤣 he can be Fateh' twin bro lost at birth..so no new family is required.and since he did not have G as mother throughout his life He will be morally correct, stable and honest person, who will stand with T and keep her happy...what else we want 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
