Nope he was unaffected when she left. In Sreemoyee, he is much more selfish than in Anupamaa. Leela and he have been shown to be huge Kavya fans, even supporting her over Vanraj.

He supports Anupamaa only for a brief period when Kavya is jailed for framing Anupamaa for killing her foetus which was actually a fake pregnancy. But it is revealed that it was only so that Kinjal doesn't leave him. Once he is settled abroad with Rakhi's money, he finds another girl there and sends divorce papers to Kinjal, proving that he was with her only for money.

Dithi starts seeing Rohit as a father figure only because Anindo (Vanraj) married June (Kavya) even though she had abated Dithi to try committing suicide. Once Anindo and June are separated because Kavya is jailed, she is back to favoring him and tries to convince Sreemoyee to remarry him. She even bad-mouths Rohit when Pratyush (Samar) proposes that he should marry Sreemoyee but Sreemoyee was reluctant, and gives excuses of getting disgraced in society. She is in full hate mode when Sreemoyee and Rohit actually marry, but reconciles with them when Anindo rejects her own boyfriend (because he is poor), and refuses to pay for their marriage (under June's influence)

She is basically a Rohit supporter when it suits her, unlike Pratyush (Samar), Arna (Nandini) and Aitijya (Dithi's boyfriend) who support Rohit unconditionally.
