She was having some issues with the production house about Sonakshi’s character development. I’m quite sure that’s what it’s about. I’m 100% sure she wanted to quit but the PH knew it wouldn’t work without her, so they decided to go off air instead.

Plus I'm sure she's also talking about them completely sidelining Sonakshi. There was a point a couple of weeks back when Psycho got like 15mins of screen time and Sonakshi less than 5.

I'm so glad she had the guts to stand up to PH's neglect. More power to her and I hope she gets something she deserves.

She gave the best performance of all the OG cast in season 3, no doubt about that. 👏

P.S. Saw this tweet where a fan commented on Durjoy's post about how bitterly we miss him and he responded with a '✌'.

The PH released a few articles about Erica being unprofessional, and that her walking out of the show is the reason it may not continue and will "disappoint fans, I saw a few here and there.

There was even one talking about how the show is ending since Erica is quitting for other commitments including some South project

Those PH killed the essence of the show and blamed it on the actress !

They loved Sanjana as new lead , Sonakshi was sidelined

I saw a couple of articles too blaming her for the show shutting down. I am glad Erica made this post and clarified everything by stating the facts. Even after season 1 ended, this PH had only thanked Shaheer and they didn't even have the decency to extend the same courtesy to Erica, Supriyaji or even the rest of the cast & crew who put in so much effort in making their show a big success.

My respect for Erica has gone up all the more. She is honest, forthright & doesn't hesitate to call a spade a spade. Hats off to you, girl!!👍🏼👏

Ever since S3 catastrophe started, the most I have been irritated with are the actors for their part in ruining the show and not caring about their characters as much as the fans. I know it’s just a show and actors don’t actually care one way or the other, but here the characters and the show actually gained the actors the kind of name and fame that a lot of people only dream of, both in the work front and fans recognition. Also I found their promise of giving another realistic S3 to be totally duplicitous. They are the ones who convinced the fans how great S3 is going to be during its launch, but failed to acknowledge fans’ disappointment when it wasn’t what they promised. So I’m glad at least someone’s conscience has woken up from its slumber.

Kudos to her standing up for herself. Her post indicates her decision wasn’t sudden, she seems to have given time, hoping for things to change and ultimately having given up. It is nice to see at least she cared more about her character and the show than about the paycheck. Her post signifies she is as attached and connected to the character sonakshi as the fans are. Sonakshi is definitely the most realistic and relatable character to have graced ITV after a very long time. The character sonakshi as a woman definitely is inspiring for today’s generation.

It is sad to see how one worthless character has cost the show its FL and so many ardent fans. One unworthy actress and one incompetent writer have successfully destroyed the legacy of the show. Now all it’s going to be known for is how much it has been destroyed rather than how beautiful a story it was. At this point it has left such a sour taste for everyone involved, be it the fans who poured their love for the show or the FL who gave her best work. All for what?? Was it even worth it?? Only the makers can answer that, though I doubt it, they either aren’t ready or too arrogant enough to accept what a debacle they have made of it.
