The otherwise shy and reticent Rajshri Thakur was so devastated when she was asked to share the make-up room with other junior artistes that she stormed out of the sets of Saat Phere. The unit members, who were filming at Parwani Studio in Charkop, Kandivli East, were shocked to see Rajshri walking off and driving out in her car.
An eyewitness says, "Rajshri arrived on the sets at 8.45 am. She stayed for 20 minutes and then suddenly walked out in a huff. She was seething with anger."
"Normally, Rajshri has no tantrums. God knows what happened to her on that day. She had actually come directly from some other studio where she had shot considerable portions for the same serial, so maybe it was her stress and fatigue talking," the eyewitness adds. Rajshri Thakur
Apparently, the production house (Sphere Origins) was unable to allot Rajshri, who is the leading lady on the show, a separate make-up room as other serial shootings were happening at the same studio. Our source explains, "There were only two make-up rooms available that day. There were other serial shootings happening in the same studio and most of the make-up rooms were occupied."
Shortly thereafter, a member of the production house made calls to the actress and promised her a separate make-up room. Eventually, when Rajshri came back she was given her make-up room and other junior artistes were asked to adjust in the other make-up room.
Rajshri, when contacted, says irritatedly, "I don't want to talk about this. I don't want to clarify anything."
