Rupi's emancipation and Aparna's acceptance - Page 4

Rapist Didi has literally become a nobody to the entire T fam. She is nothing but a vessel carrying Adi's child who cannot be trusted with even taking care of herself & to whom they need to give reminders for taking medicines & food for the sake of the unborn child.

Throughout the track Rapist Didi tried to give her opinion about Pranav & demean Imlie as if her opinion even mattered to anyone. No one paid any attention to her bakwaas unless it was to shut her up- special mention to Adi's Excuse Me & Aparna's Bas karo Malini🤣. Rest everyone zoned her out just like Adi & us.Even Rupi or Radha didn't speak to rapist Didi even though she was trying to make a big show of her support to Rupi- Pranav relationship. She was more concerned about the person whose opinion mattered to her - Imlie.

Heights of her irrelevance was that the loser that she was advocating for ie Pranav also barely spared her a glance🤣. Matlab hadd level ki beizzati ho rahi hai from everyone but Rapist Didi still remains shameless enough to delude herself that she has any importance to Adi & T fam & they will actually consider her opinions about their family matters. This track has truly showcased how much of an outsider she has become to the entire fam now even when she is apparently carrying khaandan ka waris🤣. In fact Imlie's connection & bond to each family member becomes highlgted every moment.

Rapist Didi may try anything now to tabaah Imlie but koi farak nahi padnewala. Imlie is now the rightful wife, bahu & beti of the house. So if Rapist Didi even manages to show her in any kind of bad light, the fam is not going to blame her as they did before. She has earned back the lost trust from each family member & their love for Imlie has only increased. Rapist Didi ki chop toh pakka hai.

Another factor for my optimism is that the show is soon going to complete 1 year & Adi-Imlie marriage will also be completing a year soon in Nov. I think the makers will now have to wrap the Rapist Didi ka drag fest to move forward & begin a new chapter in Adi-Imlie's journey as life partners. They have dragged the sautan drama going on only in rapist Didi's delusional mind for a long time & they need to give Adi-Imlie & the audience a respite however brief from her. I am not delusional enough like Rapist Didi to believe ki makers uska complete pack up hi kar de but phir bhi sending out this posituve reiki in the universe🤣.

Pranav might have nbeen a lsoer but he really opened eyes and kinda his harkatein opsuhed aparna to openly start accepting imlie ka fault nahi haia nd actually say it pehle she was still hesitating so i don't mind himas such now .. but Yes it was necessary for rupi to have Faith in the sisterhood and Get that one final push and accept things & stop blamign herself.. so good for her as you have righfully pionted it out it has been a learning curve for her but now she can breakfree fromt hat constant feeling of shayad she was the lesser one and not enough

Thanks Naadan🤗. It is indeed good to be back😆. Been busy IRL so was on a break but glad to be back on such positive movement in the story.

The loser Pranav & his track was only brought in to give a closure to Rupi Di & reinforce the family's trust & belief in Imlie. So thank you Pranav😆.

Rupi- The track was introduced with Rupi lamenting to Imlie about still living in the memories of happy times spent with Pranav & her not being able to move on. She asked for a reality check from SM so that she can finally move on in her life & SM provided it promptly with the drug case track. She was wary to accept the repentant husband but still did so just to believe that finally she is having a HEA. As she mentioned today, she always blamed herself for not being enough & hence her eagerness to accept what seemed like a good turn of fate. But she never could trust Pranav's assurances full fledged. Though she asked Imlie to not interfere between them but she herself didn't actually trust him. But today after realising that Pranav was only doing drama of being sorry & actually didn't want her back, she finally was able to break free of her mindset that she was the one at fault for her failed relationship.

It has been a long arduous journey for Rupi as well. We learnt today that she had realised her husband was not a good person & cheater early on in their married life but struggled with her decision to leave him because of her child & family. She didn't want to be selfish enough for herself & nibhaoed her relationship as long as she could before her husband became more shameless & free in his cheapness that she couldn't ignore it anymore & left him. But she still felt it was her fault somewhere. Today she was able to free herself from this mindset that it is a woman's fault if the relationship fails & she should have tried harder to save her marriage to her loser husband. Her parents have also now accepted their fault in choosing the wrong partner for her & apologised to her. This was also one of the reasons for her feeling that she was a failure for not being able to save her marriage. I am glad that she has finally realised her own worth as a woman & a person & she will now have her family's full support in moving on in her life for real.

+1 on Rupi's long arduous journey and breaking the bediyaan of her soch...for so long she's not fully equated the years-long dhokha to the dhokebaaz himself..mostly lamenting her miseries caused by his actions...but today as she saw his real face yet again she could finally ascribe those actions to just the nature of this vile person....and also seeing that she'd be bewakoof to ascribe her worth to someone else's dhokha....and I think it def helped that Imlie's drilled it into her for months...cuz I re-watched that V day scene again and Rupi finally got what Imlie told her her ki the one who cheated her was the bailbuddhi but agar khud ki kadar nahi then you're the biggest bailbuddhi

Also +1 on Radha-BK accepting their fault in this...cuz how often is it the case ki rishta jodne mein parents take full control but todne ki baat aati hai toh they offload all accountability to the kids lol

agtree with your views on the rest too Except that i am not sure about teh 1 year thing.. i eman it would be good and part of me beleives that but then jab tak hai jaan i.e Trp's idk what they want but i would HAPPILY want ther ashthar didi to be gone for now.. ia m ready to even Personally gift her a vacation package so she can go for few days

Rupi's arc in the show until now has been about getting closure from her failed marriage. She was introduced as the woman who was drowning in her own heartbreak & was turning into a bitter woman because of that. I think Imlie was meant to be Rupi's soul sister since day 1. It was after Imlie's introduction into their lives, that Rupi Di actually got diverted from her own problems. I think though Rupi's marriage was in dire straits for a long time, her separation from her husband was a recent event when the show started.

The entry of Imlie in her life & actually witnesssing Imlie practicing what she preaches have been a big motivator to Rupi. As you mentioned, the soul sister bond beyond the pranks & chedkani between them started on V-Day when Imlie saved her from giving up on life & tried to drill into her that it was her husband who was responsible for the failure of her marriage & not her. Imlie reinforced this belief in Rupi Di time to time since then & it was slowly resetting Rupi's mindset but it was only today when she realised that Pranav was still not a good person even after she tried to give him a second chance that her belief in Imlie's conviction was confirmed. She was finally free of the guilt & self blame- she deserves better than the loser husband.

BK-Radha are of the more traditional mindset. So they were indeed expecting Rupi to make compromises for sustaining her marriage & did in some ways blamed her. Radha more than BK. That woman is on a similar plane as Rapist Didi & her loser mom in her takiyanusi thinking. But after witnessing how their choice of husband for their daughter yet again proved to everyone that he was the wrong choice, even they cannot give him any benefit of doubt & have to accept their fault. So good for Rupi & I hope she is able to divorce that loser & move onto better things in her life.

I am also not sure about 1 year thing but I think the makers can only move forward now in unmasking Rapist Didi ke kaands. Abhi woh limbo status nahi maintain hoga because she herself will lose it with Imlie getting full acceptance as Adi's wife & bahu of the family. She will try her cheap plans to remove Imlie from Adi's life & will get chopped for sure because ab circumstances have changed in favour of Adi-Imlie. That is why I am feeling hopeful about it. But agar makers ko phir bhi Rapist Didi ka drag hi dikhana hai toh what can we do except zone her out Adi style & enjoy the rest of the goodness coming our way vis a vis Imlie's full fledged acceptance in the family😆.
