Mrs. Kavya Vanraj shah sorry Mrs. Kavya Trashraj shah , so called MBA Graduate, that too from HARVARD Univ, who has so many years of experience knows professional ethics on her finger tips. Proof is below :

1. Barging into the boss's cabin unannounced , without knocking the door and asking permission to enter. Upar se screaming GOOD MORNINGGGGGG like a screech owl.

2. Ms. Anupamaa did not insult her pov or ideas at all. As a business partner she put forth her pov politely and never degraded Mrs. Trashraj's pov at any place and so called MBA grad got her ego hurt that she is working under Ms.Anupamaa clearly deviating from professional ethics and seeing her as her ex sautan even at workplace.

3. Leaving the cabin no sorry storming out of her boss's cabin like an ostrich and guess what straight away going to the employees desk and shouting aka loudly gossiping abt their employer Mr.Anuj kapadiya and his business partner Ms.Anupamaa.

4. Forgetting workplace ethics and treating it like a fish market to gossip and pass scandals abt her employers.

5. Shouting much more required than normal human decibel level and then forgetting her anger begging in front of Ms.Anupamaa to not chuck her out of the job. Matlab be stable at ur pov atleast for a few mins Mrs. Trashraj , i am amazed at ur split personality disorder which keeps changing every 5 minutes.

6. And finally going to her patidev Mr.Trashraj and again starting her screeching V vvvvvvvvv .

If anyone wants to learn abt professional ethics do learn it from Mrs.Kavya trashraj shah ,MBA graduate, HARVARD university. Except for the 6th pt.

And if i come across Madalsa sharma defending her extremely dumb stupid selfish character kavya at every damn interview she gives saying kavya is an independent strong and modern woman, then I'll conclude MADALSA HAS SOME SERIOUS ISSUES.

Seriously how did she behave for 1st day. 1st day u meet HR, get ur desk ,meet yr other team members. Get ur email and messenger and then check with team members before meeting the boss.

But kavya madam not only barge in but had the audacity to bad mouth to the employees on very 1st say. Slow clap.

Lol Kavya ko anupama and Anuj ko chod kar puri dunia bahot acche se janti hai that’s why nobody was liking Kavya’s joining in anuj’s office!

Isn’t it illogical to hire such person whose in/out everyone knows very well !

Just because if person is good to their job , employers doesn’t hire anyone! HR usually gives importance to serious background history of the candidate and if tomorrow someone inform my HR about serious background history and personality traits like Kavya carries , I am sure my HR will not shortlist such candidate at any cost even if candidate has studied from IIT or having good working experience!

May be Anuj ke office mai candidate selection k time par sirf roles and responsibilities ko dekha jata hai ! Humare Yaha aisa bilkul nahi hota! Interview mai behaviour, attitude and body language thoda bhi off lage toh koi offer letter nahi bhejta!

Yaha toh pura attitude/behaviour/nature history pata tha fir bhi sirf potential k bases par aisa foolish decision liya ! It’s weird!

Humare yaha m toh openly bol dete hai aise potential wale bahot se mil jayege but aise attitude and personality background wale nahi chalege office mai! Koi offer letter bhi ma bheje aisi ko !

Dont she know business procedure in all these year ki uska idea accept ya reject bhi ho saakta hai aur usne jo idea diya uska idea pehle aur senior se bhi discuss hoga ya phir itne year tuk bus kavya vanraj ke saath office mein bus paasta, khane mein busy thi?

Waise to anuj ne bola ki kavya ka idea bhi include hoga along with anupama to kavya ne aisa kyon over react kiya. Must say kavya is bad listener

This is exactly i am saying Anuj did not said ki kavya ka online promotion wala idea hata do. He only said Anupama ka offline wala idea bhi include karo. Its such a common sense online and offline promotion both can go hand in hand . Acha hua job se nikal gayi.
