Mera man kar rha hai so m posting this:

This alleged Affidavit can be used by NCB Legal team in court for getting Aryan Bail rejected. All they have to say that there is deliberate attempt to coerce Independent witnesses to turn hostile while the case is still under investigation.

There is no protocol followed here regarding affidavit which makes sense. Despite that it has been submitted to DG NCB.
