I don't think writers think so deeply but that's also s very telling scene I have to say. Remember during EMA period Fateh used to have flashback of T while J used to romance him or get close but today he didn't.. For me it's like he's out of the guilt of cheating her in his head that's why he's not remembering T anymore. You get my point?

Yeah I also think the same that since their marriage is termed void he is actually relieved not because he can marry J easily but because now no one can say he had EMA and his guilt is reduced. But he is forgetting that all those months both he and T along with everyone believed they were married so it's still cheating. But he is just being his usual spineless jerk

It's not coz his marraige is void but coz his truth is known so need to cheat or feel guilty. Now Tejo knows that he loves J. So he is relieved. For him lie to Tejo was biggest guilt since he considers her friend. That's why it killed him inside. If you see after expose he is never mixing things. He simply wants clean divorce from Tejo so that he can start fresh with J as married couple. Suddenly after EMA expose Tejo is not his wife and J is on way of becoming one. That's how he is seeing things. He wants old friend Tejo back not wife. Which is impossible coz for Tejo he is her husband, going back in friendship mode without wife feelings is impossible for Tejo specially when she was planning kid with him.That girl always said i will fall in love after marriage with my husband who will be my friend and support.
I feel sad and pity Tejo. But i feel she can still move on and once married to a right person she can love again. That's why bringing new male and setting him with Tejo will be easy . Only challange will be chemistry !
