No Shiva in canon will do anything like this yet, It may change once both accept each other.

We have found double entendre in their dialogues in the haveli episodes but off late it has been very serious. Also I am not sure if the writers intended it that way back in the haveli episodes but I found them to be so😆

You know what needs to do if nothing is working. You mentioned even cold shower is not going to help, so it is going to be ahem ahem😆
